My New Top 20

Well, since I have already posted my "pre-season" Top 20, lets pretend for a second that I actually have a vote in the BCS. If I did here are my Top 20 for this week:

8. Notre Dame
9. Ohio St.
10. Mississippi
11. Georgia Tech
12. Nebraska
13. Miami, FL.
14. Boise St.
15. Cincinnati
16. L.S.U.
17. Oklahoma
18. Oregon
19. Michigan St.
20. Utah

I'm sure someone has an argument for their team being "disrespected" in the above poll. I like Texas number 1 until someone beats them. Florida the same in the second position. Based on last weeks performances, Notre Dame is that good (I hate to admit it, because as Fletch well knows, I hate the Fightin' Irish). Sorry Michigan, a good showing against Clausen and company will put you in next week. Ohio St. drops but has a chance to redeem theirselves this weekend. Oklahoma is in BIG trouble and unless they can find some offensive line help, will be out of the Big-12 South race by mid October ! Southern Cal will have to step it up a notch at Columbus this weekend. Cincinnati moves into the Top 20 with an impressive performance in trashing Rutgers. Michigan St. has two good QB's and a stingy defense and B.Y.U. and Utah show why the Mountain West is a top flight conference. Sorry to the Tiger fans but L.S.U. did not show much in an average performance in Seattle against an undermanned Husky squad.
